Truth, Justice, and the American Way
July 8th, 2016 - Young people from the North Carolina Prince Hall Mason Youth Assembly join Rev. Dr. William J. Barber, II to respond to the deaths of Alton Sterling and Philando Castile, two African American men who were shot dead by police in less than twenty-four hours of each other; and also the deaths of five Dallas Police Officers that followed.
The work is not over we MUST continue to build for real change.
We need to stay involved and pushing in our local communities.
Helping others areas all over the country. This will not be a short term effort, THE PROBLEMS ARE MASSIVE ,so must
our effort be. We must continue to build local and regional group to register new voters and inspire old ones to come back in. We need to organize around local issues and candidates.
